स्पीक एशिया ने शुरू किया भुगतान
वरिष्ठ संवाददाता, इलाहाबाद : ऑन लाइन सर्वे के घोटाले के सागर से गुरुवार को सर्वे कंपनी स्पीक एशिया जैसी कुछ कंपनियों ने भुगतान कार्य शुरू कर दिया है। इन कंपनियों के खाते सीज हो जाने के कारण इनसे जुड़े ग्राहक भी सदमे में चले गए थे, जो फिर से उत्साहित हो गए हैं।
अचानक इंटरनेट की दुनिया की क्षितिज पर कई फ्राड कंपनियों के अवतरित होने और आम जनता के साथ करोड़ों की धोखाधड़ी की कहानी तो सब जान चुके हैं। पीएसीएल अलगल्फ नेट डॉट ब्रिज, इडेन मीडिया, एरोलाइट सर्वे और ओसेन जैसी कंपनियां पैसा लेकर फरार हो गईं और इन कंपनियों के ग्राहकों के एकाउंट खाली पड़ गए। पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश के इलाहाबाद, वाराणसी, प्रतापगढ़, जौनपुर तथा गोरखपुर समेत दर्जन भर जिलों के हजारों लोग से करोड़ों रुपये ऐंठ कर ये कंपनियां भाग निकलीं, लेकिन गुरुवार को एक चौंकाने वाला तथ्य सामने आया, जो बहुत से लोगों को एक बार फिर झोली भर देने वाली खबर से कम नहीं। मुंबई के एक बड़े व्यापारी राम त्रिपाठी के मुताबिक उनका स्पीक एशिया में एकाउंट है, जो कुछ दिन तक बंद था। हम परेशान थे, लेकिन गुरुवार को जैसे ही हमारे एकाउंट में पैसा आया कि हम गदगद हो उठे। करीब साढ़े पंद्रह लाख रुपये लगाने वाले श्री त्रिपाठी का कहना है कि उनके कई दोस्तों ने स्पीक एशिया में पैसा लगाया है। उनके चेहरे पर एक बार फिर खुशी से चमक उठे हैं। वहीं झूंसी में अलगल्फ नेट डॉट विज नाम की चिटफंड कंपनी से ठगे गए लोग थाने के सामने गुरुवार को भी जमे रहे, लेकिन पुलिस की वही रट कि हम दबिश दे रहे हैं, लेकिन कंपनी के प्रबंधक और प्रोपराइटर्स का पता नहीं चल रहा है। प्रतापगढ़ में जिस पर्ल्स एग्रोटेक कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड ने लोगों को अपना निशाना बनाया, उनकी हायतौबा सुनने वाला कोई नहीं है। सिविल लाइंस में स्थित इसी तरह की कई सर्वे कंपनियों के दफ्तरों में ताले पड़े हैं और लोगों की हर रोज वहां भीड़ लगी रहती है। वहीं स्थानीय पुलिस अधिकारी यह कहकर अपनी जिम्मेदारी से मुंह मोड़ ले रहे हैं कि कोई शिकायतकर्ता ही नहीं है।
तो झूंसी में ही क्या कार्रवाई हुई
यदि शिकायत की बात है तो फिर झूंसी थाने में इस तरह की धोखाधड़ी की रिपोर्ट तक दर्ज है। आखिर पुलिस की तफ्तीश यहां से क्यों नहीं शुरू हो पायी। इसका जवाब न तो डीआइजी के पास है और न ही आइजी के पास।

बेरोजगारों और गरीब जनता के साथ धोखा करने वाले कोई आम ठग नहीं, राष्ट्रद्रोही हैं। इसके लिए पुलिस प्रशासन भी कम जिम्मेदार नहीं है। यदि चौबीस घंटे के अंदर पुलिस ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की तो हम आंदोलन के माध्यम से अलख जगा कर रहेंगे। -मुकुंद तिवारी (पार्षद)
